PRINCETON, N.J. ? The Monmouth University men's tennis team's first singles player, Benjamin Evenden (Cresco, Pa./Ridgewood(N.J.), and the doubles team of Tom Corrie (Herfordshire, England/Roundwood Park) and Ian Terpilowski (Mount Macedon, Victoria, Australia/Braemar College) participated in the I.T.A. Regional competition at Princeton on October 19 and 20.
Evenden fell to Georgetown's Anthony Tan 7-6, 6-1 in the first round, and then dropped a 6-3, 6-2 decision Dartmouth's Jeff Schechtman in the consolation round.
The duo of Corrie and Terpilowski fell to Penn State's Ryan Gormley and Brendan Lynch 8-2.
