1999-2000 (Kennesaw State University): Led squad to a 31-3 mark and to the Division II "Elite Eight"... Team won Peach Belt Conference Championship... Averaged 8.0 points and 7.0 rebounds for the Lady Owls.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner at Miami Senior H.S., playing for Coach Sam Baumgarten... Led team to four District Championships, and a 27-3 record her senior season... Selected to the Nike All-Star team in 1999... A two-time All-Miami Dade first-team... Also honored as third-team All-Florida... Averaged 25.3 points and 12.1 rebounds per game in the final two years of her prep career... Earned two letters in water polo and holds the school record for goals in a season with seven.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Tom Smith and Maggy Hernandez... Majoring in social work... Father played in the NFL for the Miami Dolphins, and was part of the 1973 Super Bowl Championship team with the Dolphins.
