Bri Rubino joined the Monmouth University Strength and Conditioning staff in May of 2014 as a volunteer intern and accepted a full-time position in August 2015. In May 2020, Rubino was elevated into her current role as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning.
Her primary duties include designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for women’s basketball, women’s soccer, softball, and track & field jumps programs. In addition to her team assignments, Rubino is also responsible for implementing, analyzing and interpreting data from STATSports Heart Rate/GPS and Hawkins Force Plates technologies as it relates to optimizing performance and player readiness.
Prior to Monmouth, Rubino served as a Sports Performance Coach at Reach Your Potential Training in Tinton Falls, NJ.
Rubino received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Drexel University in 2013. She is certified through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (SCCC), National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS and CPSS), USA Weightlifting (USAW), and Precision Nutrition (Pn1).
Rubino is a native of West Long Branch, NJ.
