Biography
JUNIOR (2009-10): Appeared in eight games for Monmouth... Scored three points at Sacred Heart (1/4)... Picked up an assist in a win against Central Connecticut State (1/7)... Played a career-high 17 minutes and scored a season-high four points at Bryant (1/30)... Collected a career-high five rebounds in nine minutes in a victory at St. Francis [N.Y.] (2/18).
SOPHOMORE (2008-09): Played in six contests for the Blue and White as a sophomore... Scored two points against Howard (12/29)... Made second appearance of the season in a win over Fairleigh Dickinson (1/19)... Tallied four points and two rebounds against Saint Francis [Pa.] (2/2)... Also appeared for three minutes against St. Francis [N.Y.] (2/7)... Grabbed two rebounds and took a shot versus Bryant (2/9)... Saw action in the final game of the season against Wagner (2/28).
FRESHMAN (2007-08): Led Hawks' freshmen by seeing action in 23 games last season... Played in a season-high 11 minutes, registering a trio of career firsts by scoring three points and picking up two steals and a block versus St. John’s (11/28)... Picked up two points, two boards, two blocks and her first career assist against Quinnipiac (1/12)... Went a perfect 2-of-2 from the free throw line in a victory over Wagner (1/14)... Scored two points to go along with two rebounds and a blocked shot versus NJIT (1/24)... Recorded career highs with eight points and three rebounds in victory over Saint Francis [Pa.] (3/3).
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in basketball and volleyball at Planview-Old Bethpage High School... Averaged 16 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks per game during senior season... Was named Holiday Hoops Most Valuable Player in 2004... All-conference selection in 2005... All-county honoree in 2006 and 2007... Voted one of the "Top Forward/Centers" on Long Island by LongIslandHoops.org... All-county selection in 2007 in volleyball... Led volleyball team to second place finish in Class AA Conference... Member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society and High Honor Roll.
