Altia Anderson joined the Monmouth women's basketball coaching staff as the Director of Basketball Operations in September 2021.
Anderson arrived in West Long Branch after a four-year playing career at Marquette, where current Monmouth head women's basketball coach Ginny Boggess served as an assistant on the coaching staff.
While a member of the Golden Eagles, Anderson helped the program earn a pair of Big East regular season championships and reach the NCAA Tournament three times. She appeared in 108 career games while making 21 starts for a Marquette team that went 100-34 overall and 56-15 in Big East play during her four years.
Anderson graduated from Marquette in 2020 with a bachelor's in environmental studies.
