2023-24 (Junior)
  • Made 13 appearances with one start as a junior.
  • Knocked down a three-pointer against Loyola (12/22).
  • Pulled down a rebound at Hampton (1/26).
  • Added an assist and a steal in the win over Loyola (12/22).
2022-23 (Sophomore)
  • Appeared in 33 games as a sophomore.
  • Contributed 51 points and 36 rebounds while handing out 25 assists. 
  • Had a season-high six points against St. Francis Brooklyn (12/1) and later matched that mark against Elon (1/8).
  • 16 of her 17 field goals on the year came from behind the arc.
  • Hit two three pointers in a game twice.
  • Dished out four assists in a game twice.
2021-22 (Freshman)
  • Appeared in 28 games with one start.
  • Logged 58 points, 42 rebounds, 25 assists and 16 steals with 16 made 3-pointers.
  • Averaged 2.1 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.9 assists per outing.
  • Led all Monmouth freshmen in minutes played, points scored, 3-pointers made, rebounds, assists, steals, assists and blocked shots. 
  • Made first collegiate start at St. Francis Brooklyn (12/20).
  • Scored career-high 11 points with a career-best six boards against Niagara (1/20).
  • Made three 3-pointers and scored nine points in a win over Quinnipiac (2/5).
BEFORE MONMOUTH: Played four years of varsity at Red Bank Catholic, and the team held an .800 winning percentage in that span. She competed in all 28 games as a junior, averaging 22.0 minutes per game. Panayides led the team in free throw percentage at 80.0, and was second on the team with a field goal percentage of 51 percent. The New Jersey native dished 83 assists to just 33 turnovers, ending the season with 7.1 points per game and a 33 three-point percentage. She is also a fourth degree black belt with three Grand Champion Belts in Taekwondo tournaments.
