2014 (Sophomore): Hit .247 with 16 runs scored as the Hawks’ primary right fielder… Saw action in 41 games, including 35 starts… Finished first on the team with seven sacrifice bunts and second with five stolen bases… Also added 13 walks, tied for third on the team, and had a sacrifice fly… Tied for the longest hitting streak on the team (7 – Apr. 17-26) with Shannon Fitzgerald… Had her first hit of the year and scored a run against Cornell (Mar. 8), before adding another hit, run and two walks the next day against the Big Red… Went 1-for-2 with a walk and a run scored in Game 1 against Siena (Apr. 6)… Went 2-for-3 with an RBI in Game 1 at Fairfield (Apr. 13)… Started a seven-game hitting streak Apr. 17 against Marist, going on to hit safely against Saint Peter’s (Game 1, Apr. 19), Quinnipiac (both games, Apr. 20), Penn (single game, Apr. 23) and Niagara (both games, Apr. 26)… Pieced together a two-hit game at Niagara (Apr. 26)… Doubled in Game 2 at Canisius (Apr. 27)… Went 3-for-5 with a pair of runs scored, a walk and a stolen base in a doubleheader against Rider (May 3)… Scored a run in the MAAC Championships against both Siena (May 7) and Manhattan (May 9).
2013 (Freshman): Saw action in 30 games, including eight starts at designated hitter and in the outfield… Notched her first collegiate hit in her first plate appearance and came around to score her first run at Norfolk State (Feb. 24)… Walked and scored a run in her first collegiate start in the outfield at George Mason (Mar. 9)… Started in the outfield at Longwood (Mar. 10) and reached base safely in all three plate appearances on two walks and a hit-by-pitch… Went 2-for-3 with a double, three runs scored and two RBI’s at Rider (Mar. 13)… Had two walks, a sacrifice bunt and a run scored in Game 1 at Bethune-Cookman (Mar. 19), before going 1-for-3 in Game 2… Scored a run as a pinch runner at UCF (Mar. 20), vs. Bryant (Mar. 24) and at Sacred Heart (Mar. 30)… Pinch ran, walked, stole a base and scored two runs at Wagner (April 7)… Scored a run vs. La Salle (April 9)… Scored a run vs. Central Connecticut (April 14)… Walked and scored a run at Mount St. Mary’s (April 20)… Had a single and a run scored at Rutgers (April 25).
High School: A four-year varsity shortstop at Washington Township High School, Sandelier led her team to the Group IV State Championship and Olympic Conference Championship as a junior... Elected team captain for her senior season... Earned Team Rookie of the Year honors as a freshman, while also being honored with the 2009 Athletic Leadership & Excellence Award... Also played travel ball for the NJ Mystics 18U Gold Softball team, earning 2011 Triple Crown Colorado Fireworks All-Star & All-American selections... Led the NJ Mystics to a seventh-place finish out of 145 teams... Was also honored with the Top Ten All-Around Athlete award at the 2010 Colorado Fireworks Tournament... Was also very active in the classroom and with extracurricular activities... A four-year student council executive board member and student council homecoming chairman, and a three-year student council community service chairman... Also figure skated competitively for 10 years with the Hollydell Figure Skating Club... Involved with several different community service initiatives, including PAWS and the Make A Wish Foundation's "Kisses for Wishes."
