Laurent Rouzaire joined the Monmouth University men's soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in August 2022.
He works primarily with the Monmouth goalkeepers.
Rouzaire arrives in West Long Branch with over 10 years of coaching experience overseas and in the U.S. He has previous coaching stops in France. From 2012-15 he worked with CA Peymeinade after spending time with RC Grasse for a second stint from 2010-12 after previously being on staff from 1999-2007. Rouzaire additionally served as a coach for ST Vallier from 2007-08.
On top of his coaching background, he also brings with him a wealth of experience in between the pipes after playing professionally for several clubs in France. He spent time with ST Vallier and CA Peymeinade where he was a Regional League First Team performer. He additionally played for RC Grasse and garnered Second Team Regional League recognition.
