2024 (Redshirt Senior):
- Appeared in 29 games and made 25 starts at third base.
- Had seven RBIs and seven runs scored on the season.Â
- Finished with one hit, two RBIs, a run scored and a home run in the season opener against Penn State (2/16).
- Contributed a pinch-hit in the win over Towson (3/22).
- Posted two hits and an RBI at Charleston (4/12).
- Launched a home run and added two walks, three runs scored and three RBIs in the win over Hofstra (5/18).
2023 (Redshirt Junior):
- Made seven appearances and three starts on the mound.
- Recorded 18 strikeouts in 22 innings of work.Â
- Picked up the win against Merrimack (3/4) with 3.2 innings of work.
- Struck out seven batters in four innings versus Maine (2/24).
- Recorded at least one strikeout in six of seven appearances.
2022 (R-Sophomore)
-Named to 2022 MAAC All-Academic Team.
-Started 49 games on the infield, and appeared in two on the mound
-Finished second on MU with 13 doubles, hitting .275 with 49 hits and 24 driven in
-Walked three times and scored twice in win over Penn State (2/18)
-Posted consecutive multi-hit games in doubleheader split with Northeastern (2/19)
-Went 3-for-6 with three RBI’s and a home run against Wofford (2/25)
-Homered at Fordham (3/25)
-Posted a 3-for-5 afternoon against Iona (4/3)
-Multi-hit afternoon at Quinnipiac included a home run (4/16)
-Added three hits and three driven in vs. Rider (5/1)
-Had three hits and two doubles in win over Canisius (5/18)
-Launched a home run in MAAC Tournament against Rider (5/25)
2021 (R-Freshman): Started 10 games, playing in 20 overall… Hit .279 with six RBI’s and two home runs… Also threw one inning off the mound… First collegiate hit came as a pinch hitter at Quinnipiac (3/21)… Posted two hits including a double against Siena (4/2)… Tripled against Rider (4/7)… Homered off the bench against Marist, a three-run shot (5/2)… Also hit a home run at Saint Peter’s (5/9)… Scored twice in two-hit day vs. Canisius (5/15)… Fired scoreless inning off the mound with two strikeouts against Canisius (5/16).
2020 (Freshman): Did not see action in 2020.
HIGH SCHOOL:Â Ventresca pitched and played the infield at Pinelands Regional High School. He hit .391 at the plate, and struck out 121 in 94.1 innings with just 29 walks, equating in a 2.00 ERA. Ventresca was named First Team All-B South, as well as Second Team All-B South twice and Second Team All-Conference three times. He was a Perfect Game All-American Honorable Mention and an Under Armour All-America.
