Pronunciation

2025 (Junior):
  • Made 17 appearances out the bullpen as a junior.
  • Registered 22 strikeouts in 14.1 innings of work.
  • Went 1-1 with two saves on the season. 
  • Recorded a save with 1.2 innings of scoreless work at Georgetown (3/14).
  • Picked up his second save with 0.2 innings of scoreless work at Towson (3/30).
  • Earned the win against Rutgers (4/15) with an inning of scoreless relief.
  • Struck out a season-high four batters at Fordham (4/1).
  • Posted at least one strikeout in 10 of his 14 appearances.
2024 (Sophomore):
  • Made 11 appearances out of the bullpen as a sophomore.
  • Recorded 15 strikeouts in 16.1 innings of work. 
  • Earned his first collegiate win with three innings of relief work against Villanova (4/17).
  • Struck out a career-high three batters in two innings of relief work at Delaware (5/4).

HIGH SCHOOL: Wigo pitched at Marple Newtown in Pennsylvania under Coach Rick Zimmerman, where he was Second Team All-League as a junior. He helped his teams to consecutive records of 23-3 and 24-4 while earning a 16U World Series Cy Young Award. Wigo also pitched for Bellringers Baseball.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Jim Wigo… Major is physical therapy.
