Eric Reardon

Eric Reardon joined the Monmouth Baseball Staff in the fall of 2025 as the Pitching Coach and Director of Player Development.

Reardon joins the Hawks from Wagner College, where he spent the last two seasons as an Assistant Coach and Pitching Coach. In that role, he helped with all aspects of the program. He oversaw the pitching staff, facilitated data and technology advancements and programming, led recruiting efforts and assisted with fundraising and community service.
 
Prior to his time at Wagner, Reardon served as the Graduate Assistant and Pitching Coach at Rutgers Newark. In addition to working with the pitchers he helped curate scouting reports, and engaged in recruiting efforts, among other duties.
 
He has also worked as a travel baseball coach and private instructor for Baseball Warehouse.
 
Reardon was a five-year letterwinner at Rutgers University. He was a two-year captain, who left Rutgers ranked sixth in all-time pitching appearances. Reardon earned his degree from Rutgers in Leadership and Management. He got his Masters degree in Economics.
