2014 All-MAAC Tournament Team... NJCBA Player of the Week (3/3/14)... Named to 2013 NJCBA All-State Second Team.

2015: Appeared in 46 games, making 45 starts in the outfield… Completed the season hitting .235 with 16 RBI’s and a team-leading nine stolen bases… Collected three hits to go along with two RBI’s and a run scored at Florida Atlantic (2/27)… Had two hits, two RBI’s, and two runs scored vs Princeton (4/8)… Went three for five with two RBI’s and two runs scored vs Saint Peter’s (5/9).

2014: Started 46 games in center field as a junior… Named to MAAC All-Tournament Team… NJCBA Player of the Week (3/3)... Finished the season with a .277 average with eight doubles, a triple, and 16 RBIs… Had a nine game hitting streak between 4/23 and 5/10… Went 2-5 with a run scored and a double against Florida Atlantic to open the season (2/21)… Added multiple hits in all three games of opening series at FAU (2/21-2/23)… Went 3-for-5 against #1 Virginia (3/1)… Went 3-for-3 with two doubles and two RBIs at Virginia (3/2)… Drove in two runs vs. Niagara (3/29)… Went 2-for-4 with two runs scored against Temple (4/25)… Had a 4-for-6 afternoon with a run scored at Temple (4/27)… Went 3-5 with a run scored, an RBI and a triple in against Rider (5/3)… In MAAC Tournament win over Manhattan, went 4-for-8 with two runs scored and an RBI (5/22)… Added a 3-for-5 game with two runs scored and two stolen bases in MAAC Tournament victory over Quinnipiac (5/23).

2013: One of two Hawks to see action in all 55 games, including 54 starts, primarily in center field… Led the team with 10 hit by pitches, while finishing second in runs scored (35), total bases (82), triples (2), stolen bases (6) and walks (20)… Finished third on the team in on-base percentage (.383), hits (62) and doubles (10), while checking in at fourth in batting average (.297), RBI’s (28) and home runs (2)… Finished fifth on the team in slugging percentage (.392)… Dating back to his last two games of 2012, reached base safely in 29 consecutive games, including the first 27 games of the season… Reached base safely in 48-of-54 games with a plate appearance… Had 18 multi-hit games, good for second on the team… Went 3-for-3 with an RBI double and two runs scored to open the season against Villanova (Feb. 15)… Doubled and walked in three plate appearances at No. 2 Vanderbilt (Feb. 22)… Went 2-for-5 with a home run, two runs scored and two RBI’s at Delaware (Mar. 1)… Went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI’s at East Carolina (Mar. 9)… Had consecutive three-hit games at Virginia Commonwealth, going 3-for-5 with an RBI on Mar. 16, before going 3-for-4 with two RBI’s and a run scored on Mar. 17… Went 2-for-4 against Quinnipiac (Mar. 24)… Added a 2-for-4 effort with two runs scored and two RBI’s against Saint Peter’s (Mar. 27)… Went 2-for-4 with a run scored against Central Connecticut (Mar. 30)… Had three multi-hit games in the series at Mount St. Mary’s… Had two hits and two runs scored against the Mountaineers on April 5 before adding a pair of runs in Game 1 on April 6 and a triple, a run and an RBI in Game 2… Went 3-for-4 with a double, three runs scored and an RBI against Mount St. Mary’s (April 7)… Went 2-for-5 with two runs scored against Princeton (April 10)… Went 3-for-5 with a home run, four RBI’s and a run scored at Fairleigh Dickinson (April 19)… Had a double and two RBI’s in Game 1 of a doubleheader at FDU (April 20), before adding a hit, a run and an RBI in each of the final two games of the series (April 20, 21)… Had five-straight multi-hit games (April 24-28), including all four games of the series against Sacred Heart (April 26-28)… Went 2-for-5 with a triple, two runs scored and an RBI vs. Lafayette (April 24)… Had two hits in each of the first two games of the series against Sacred Heart (April 26, 27), scoring twice in the second game… Went 3-for-5 with a double, three runs scored and three RBI’s in Game 3 of the series vs. Sacred Heart (April 27)… Rounded out the series against SHU with a 2-for-5 effort with a double, two runs scored and an RBI (April 28)… Ended the season with a four-game hitting streak (May 18-24).

2012: A valuable pinch hitter and outfielder for the Hawks who saw action in 32 games, including 12 starts on the season… Hit .237 in 59 at bats, including three doubles… Was 2-for-2 in stolen-base attempts… Had a single and a run scored in his first plate appearance, a pinch-hit opportunity, of the year against Youngstown State (Feb. 18)… Chipped in an RBI double at VCU (Mar. 4)… Had his first multi-hit game at Troy (Mar. 11), going 2-for-4… Went 2-for-3 with a run scored and a stolen base against Rider (Apr. 11)… Had an RBI single against Seton Hall (Apr. 24)… Went 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles a pair of doubles and an RBI and a stolen base against Sacred Heart (May 11)… Scored a pair of runs at Sacred Heart (May 12).

High School: Four-year letter winner under coach Dennis Barth at Gloucester Catholic High School... Guided Rams to four conference championships and claimed two state titles... Finished career with .405 batting average, 128 career hits......Earned all-conference honors junior and senior year along with being tabbed to the Courier Post All-Star team... Selected to participate in the Carpenter Cup.

Personal: Son of Bob and Donna Wilgus... Majoring in business with a concentration in finance.
