Quickly: Expected to be in the Monmouth rotation... Hard-throwing lefty with good understanding of pitching... Played for nationally-ranked program at Brookdale, which played in the Junior College World Series... Competed for Manchester of the ABCCL this past summer.

2006: Appeared in 12 games, making 11 starts... Ranked third on the team in innings pitched (57.2), while posting a 5-4 record at 4.21 ERA... Made first start for the Hawks at Houston (2/25)... Pitcher of record in 5-4 loss at UCF (3/5), tossing 5.0 innings, allowing four earned runs on six hits and struck out four batters... Earned first win in 15-1 triumph at Rider (3/22)... Scattered four hits, while striking out three in 6.0 innings against the Broncs... Tossed 5.0 innings, allowing one run on three hits in 5.0 innings of work in a 35-1 win at Temple (3/29)... Worked 8.0 innings, surrendering one run on six hits in win at Princeton (4/4)... Struck out season-best five batters in win over Iona (4/18)... Earned fifth win of the season over Rider (4/25)... Made lone relief appearance of season versus Quinnipiac (5/6), throwing 2.2 innings and striking out two hitters.

Brookdale C.C.: Compiled a two-year record of 16-0 with the Jersey Blues, as Brookdale went 68-14 in 2004 and 2005... Posted a 1.50 ERA in 120 IP, while earning one save... Team won conference championship twice, while earning Northeast District and Region XIX titles in 2005... Named all-region and All-Northeast District in 2005... Tabbed third-team All-America as well... Honored as Academic all-region in 2004.

High School: Two-sport standout at Freehold Boro H.S... Threw 93 innings, strking out 150 batters during his prep career... Posted a 2.00 ERA... Earned all-division and all-district in 2000 and 2001... Tabbed all-division, all-district and all-county in 2003... Member of the 2002 football squad which won a division title... Named all-division, all-district and all-county wide receiver.
