RICHMOND, VA. – Following an eight-assist, nine-point performance in Monmouth women's lacrosse's 17-12 victory over Campbell on Saturday, Lauren Rismani has been tabbed the Costal Athletic Association's Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the conference on Monday afternoon.

Rismani, who is now Monmouth's single-season assists leader with 46, becomes the second Hawk to earn player of the week honors, joining Shea Berigan on Feb. 9 after her six-point performance in the team's season opener.

The nine points for Rismani on Saturday match the career-high she set with a three-goal, six-assist performance against Youngstown State on Feb. 22. Her eight helpers against the Camels tied the single-game program record, joining  Ali Pollock in 2009 as the only players in Monmouth history with eight assists in a single contest.

The Denver, Colo., product has thrived in her debut season on The Shore, leading the CAA with 46 assists and 63 points. Her 3.54 assists per game are fourth in the country, while her 46 helpers are fifth-best in Division I lacrosse.

Rismani has notched 12 games with at least three points and four performances eclipsing five assists. She has multiple assists in 11 of the team's 13 outings and has led the Hawks to a 7-0 record when recording at least five points.

Coming off their first CAA victory since 2024, Rismani and the Hawks will look to make it two wins in a row on Saturday when it faces Hofstra in Hempstead, N.Y. Opening draw is set for 12 p.m. on FloSports and MSG2.
