WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – Monmouth University women's rowing standout Alyssa Taylor has been named to the 2025 For Stars Network (FSN) Spring Athlete Watchlist for Division I Women's Rowing. Taylor is among 163 athletes from 93 Division I programs recognized for their rising talent and contributions to their teams.

Taylor, a sophomore, has shown remarkable improvement and dedication, earning her place on this prestigious list. The FSN Watchlist highlights athletes based on their race results, erg times, skill development, and overall impact on their teams, as well as coach recommendations.

"After walking on last year, Alyssa's growth has been exponential," said Scott Belford, Monmouth's Head Women's Rowing Coach. "She brings great intensity to every practice, and that intensity is translating to speed. The coaching staff is excited to see just how far she can go."

Taylor and the Hawks will travel to Norfolk, VA for their annual spring training trip in late March.
