Iuliucci Named Senior Associate AD for Business Operations

WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – Mike Iuliucci was named the Monmouth University Athletics Senior Associate AD for Business Operations, it was announced by Jennifer Sansevero, Director of Athletics.

"I am excited to be back at Monmouth because this university is a special place," Iuliucci said. "I look forward to working closely with Jen and the excellent staff and coaches here in order to serve the Monmouth University Athletes and community." 

Iuliucci returns to Monmouth after having previously served 13 years as the Associate Athletic Director for Equipment and Laundry Services (2009-2022).

"We are excited to welcome Mike back to Monmouth at a pivotal time in college athletics," Sansevero said. "The current landscape requires institutions to strategically manage financial resources while continuing to provide our student-athletes with a transformational experience. Mike will collaborate with stakeholders and broaden support for our entire department in this important role."

Iuliucci most recently served as a police officer in Greensboro, North Carolina. There he assisted with emergency services and produced detailed reports on the emergency situations.

Prior to that Iuliucci held the position of Business Services Coordinator at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. There he helped process purchase cards and travel documentation for the department and assisted the Senior Associate Director of Business Operations with daily university accounting reconciliation.

During his first stint with Monmouth, Iuliucci managed a staff that serviced 24 Division I athletic teams and 600+ student-athletes. He helped with the transition to Under Armour and prepared and executed the ordering of $200,000+ worth of new equipment and apparel while staying on budget. Iuliucci was responsible for inventory, distribution and maintenance of $500,000+ worth of equipment yearly.

Iuliucci also had the opportunity to attend the Disney Leadership Institute in June of 2017 as a Monmouth University representative.

Before starting at Monmouth, Iuliucci served as the Head Equipment Manager at Robert Morris University and as an Assistant Equipment Manager for the Miami Dolphins.

Iuliucci earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Robert Morris in 2007. He completed his master's in business administration from Monmouth in 2020.
