WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – The Monmouth University women's tennis team closed out the regular season with a strong 7-0 win over Rider University on Tuesday afternoon. 
 
The doubles point in the match came down to a thrilling battle at second doubles. Lana Brezanin and Hana McKinney trailed Agnese Ceccarelli and Laila Fishman 3-0 before battling back to send the match to a tiebreaker and emerged victorious. 
 
Lenien Jamir and Lauren Landstrom also earned a doubles win with a 6-0 victory over Elle Catanzarite and Samantha Killin at third doubles.
 
The Hawks emerged victorious in all six singles matches. Brezanin, McKinney, Jamir and Landstrom all picked up their second wins of the day.
