HEMPSTEAD, NY – The Monmouth University men's tennis team dropped a 4-3 decision on Sunday afternoon against the Hofstra Pride in Hempstead, NY.
The Hawks won at No. 2 (
Adam Hillerby), No. 3 (
Gabriel Berner), and No. 4 (
Alex Martinez Sanz) singles, but Hofstra earned the doubles point and the rest of the singles points to secure the victory.
Monmouth finishes the regular season with a 15-5 record, and looks ahead at the CAA Tournament next week.
