Opening Tip
• Playing their third home game in their last five contests, the Hawks welcome Drexel to the OceanFirst Bank Center.
• This is the sixth meeting all-time between the Hawks and the Dragons. Drexel leads the all-time series, 5-0 including a 61-50 win the last time the two sides met in 2020.

Lucy Thomas scored nine points on Sunday at W&M and became the 18th player in the program's Division I history to reach the 1,000 point plateau.
• Monmouth knocked down 10 three-pointers at William & Mary on Sunday. It was the fourth time this season the Hawks have connected on 10 or more three-pointers in a single-game.

Bri Tinsley exploded for a career-high 30 points on Sunday against the Tribe. She is the first Hawk in the last 10 years to score 30 points in a single-game.

• Following the Drexel game, the Hawks hit the road for their final three road games of the regular season. Monmouth does not return to the OceanFirst Bank Center until March 2 to take on William & Mary.

Guard Bri Tinsley exploded for a career-high 30 points for Monmouth at William & Mary. She knocked down a career-high 10 field goals, including six from behind the arc. She also was a perfect 4-for-4 for the foul line in the contest. Tinsley is the first Hawk in the last 10 years to score 30 points in a single-game.
REACHING THE CENTURY MARK
Lucy Thomas had nine points for the Hawks on Sunday at William & Mary. Her basket at the 9:05 mark of the fourth quarter allowed her to reach a career milestone. Thomas became the 18th player in the program's Division I history to reach the 1,000 points plateau and the first since Chevannah Paalvast in 2014.
GOING DEEP
Monmouth connected on 10 three-pointers in Sunday's contest at William & Mary. Bri Tinsley led the way with six triples in the game while Kaci Donovan drained three. It was the fourth time this season the Hawks have hit 10 or more three-pointers in a game and they are 2-2 in those games.
The Hawks have knocked down 167 three-pointers on the season. MU has made 52 more triples this season than their opponents. The Hawks are 7-4 on the year when they connect on eight or more three-pointers in a game.Â
CLEANING THE GLASS
Monmouth won the rebounding battle, 40-31 on Sunday at William & Mary. Lucy Thomas led the way with 10 rebounds while Ella Farrelly matched her career-high with eight.Â
It was the 14th time this season the Hawks have won the rebounding battle. It also marked the seventh time this season that Monmouth has pulled down at least 40 rebounds in a game. The Hawks are 5-2 on the year when they record 40 or more rebounds in a game. Monmouth comes into Sunday's action ranked third in the CAA with a +2.7 rebounding margin.
MISS ASSIST
The Hawks dished out 14 assists on 24 made baskets on Sunday at William & Mary. Bri Tinsley had five assists in that game while Jania Hall added four helpers. The Hawks have had at least one player with four or more assists in 19 of 23 games.
Monmouth comes into Sunday averaging 13.13 assists per game, which ranks fifth in the CAA. The Hawks have recorded 15 or more assists in nine games. Bri Tinsley leads the Hawks in assists as she is averaging 3.9 assists per game. That ranks fifth in the CAA. She has seven games this season with five or more assists.
SOLID SHOOTING
Monmouth has proven to have a solid shooting percentage throughout this season. MU shot 40.7% from the field last Sunday against William & Mary. The Hawks are shooting 39.9% from the field entering play Sunday. That ranks seventh in the CAA. Monmouth is 6-5 on the year when it shoots 40% or better from the field in a game. Belle Kranbuhl, Lucy Thomas, Ariana Vanderhoop and Kaci Donovan have all taken over 100 shots on the year and are shooting 40% or better for the Hawks this season.Â
WE'VE GOT DOUBLE VISION
Bri Tinsley led the Hawks with 30 points on Sunday. It marked the second straight game and team-leading 13th time this season she has scored in double figures.Â
In addition Kaci Donovan added 11 points against William & Mary. It was the seventh time this season she has contributing double digits on the scoreboard.Â
WE'LL TAKE THE CHARITYÂ
Monmouth went 8-for-10 from the foul line at William & Mary. Bri TInsley was a perfect 4-for-4 while Kaci Donovan knocked down both of her chances.
Since CAA play began on Dec. 30, the Hawks have been effective from the charity stripe. Monmouth is shooting 73.7% from the line in CAA contests, which ranks fifth in the CAA. Leading that charge is Lucy Thomas, who has made 31-of-38 (81.6%) chances in CAA games.Â
SCOUTING THE DRAGONS
Drexel has won five straight and is coming off a 86-61 win over the College of Charleston on Friday night. Kylie Lavelle led the Dragons with 28 points and four rebounds. Keishana Washington is averaging a team-best 26.7 points per game for the Dragons while Lavelle is adding 11.4 points per game.
