BETHLEHEM, PA – Monmouth University Women's Golf wrapped up its fall campaign at the Lehigh Invitational this week, finishing 10
th of 16 teams. Junior
Ava Lozito posted a top-20 finish, placing 17
th individually.
Lozito posted back-to-back 79's to finish tied for 17
th in the 88-player field. Sophomore
Sophia Ramirez Velandia matched Lozito's 79 in the second round, placing T29, while
Liddie McCook went 82-82 to rank 43
rd.
Brooke Bothwell shot 81 in the final round, while Angela An rounded out the MU lineup.
As a team, Monmouth shot 326-321 and sat in 10
th place after the 36 holes of the 16-team field. FDU won the tournament, closing with a 299. MU was just four shots shy of ninth.
