WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ - The Monmouth University men's lacrosse team has announced its 2023 schedule, the program's first as a member of the Colonial Athletic Association.
 
The Hawks and tenth-year head coach Brian Fisher have a 13-game slate featuring seven non-conference games, six home games, including five contests at Kessler Stadium.
 
Monmouth opens its season at Princeton on February 18, and will play non-league tilts at LIU (Feb. 25) and Wagner (Feb. 28). The Hawks will host NJIT in their home opener on February 21, while also playing host to Villanova on March 18 and Saint Joseph's on April 4 to close the non-conference portion of their campaign.
 
The CAA schedule begins at Delaware on March 11. Monmouth will play road league games at Hampton (April 8), Fairfield (April 15) and will close the regular season at Drexel on April 28. Monmouth's three home conference games are Stony Brook (March 25), Hofstra (April 1) and Towson (April 22).
 
The 2023 CAA Men's Lacrosse Tournament features four teams with the semifinals (May 4) and championship (May 6) at the site of the regular season champion.
