ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Monmouth University women's tennis team had a strong start to its season this weekend at Navy's Bill and Sandra Moore Invitational.
 
For the first time in program history, the Hawks were represented in the Main Draw finals at the event. Freshman Hana McKinney won in the Flight E Singles finals while also teaming with Lana Brezanin in the Flight C Doubles finals.
 
Monmouth was also represented in the Flight C Singles consolation finals by Jo Pax.
