POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.  – The Monmouth women's tennis team earned its first MAAC win of the year after topping Marist, 6-1, on Friday.  
 
Monmouth earned the doubles point after Zoe Klapman and Jo Pax won in second doubles, and Ann Spurka and Madison Mills sealed the third doubles victory.
 
Pax secured the win for the Hawks in sixth singles.
