WBB RETURNS HOME TO HOST DARTMOUTH ON SATURDAY

Opening Tip
• Monmouth plays its final nonconference home game today as the Hawks welcome Dartmouth to town.
• This is the third meeting all-time between the Hawks and Big Green. Monmouth has won the previous two games.
• If Monmouth wins today, the Hawks would start the season 4-0 at home for the first time since the 2010-11 squad.
• Bri Tinsley poured in a game-high 21 points for the Hawks at La Salle on Wednesday night. It was her second 20+ point performance of the season.
• Monmouth went 12-for-18 from the foul line in Wednesday's contest at La Salle. It was the Hawks' second best free throw shooting percentage (66.7%) when taking 15 or more shots in a game.
• Ariana Vanderhoop had 13 points on Wednesday night against La Salle. She has scored in double figures in two of the last three games for the Hawks.
• While the Hawks have been successful rebounding the basketball all season, they have been extremely succesful at home. Monmouth is outrebounding opponents by a +10 margin inside OceanFirst Bank Center.
• Antonia Panayides dished out a team-high four assists against La Salle. It marked the seventh straight game that a Hawk has handed out at least three assists in a game.
• Monmouth has gotten off to a quick start at home, outscoring opponents 56-39 in the first period.
• Monmouth is embarking on its first season as a member of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA).
• Following today's game, Monmouth is off until Dec. 21 when it travels to BYU.

TWENTY-TWENTY VISION
Bri Tinsley poured in a game-high 21 points for the Hawks against La Salle on Wednesday night. It was Tinsley's second 20+ point performance of the season. 

LOVING THAT HOME COOKING
Monmouth returns home for its fourth home game of the season. The Hawks are currently 3-0 at home and looking to win their first four home games for the first time since the 2010-11 squad. 

The Hawks are outscoring and outrebounding their opponents by a +10 margin in both categories at home this season. Part of that success has been getting off to a quick start as the Hawks are outscoring opponents 56-39 at home this year.

SEEING DOUBLE
Bri Tinsley (21 points) and Ariana Vanderhoop (13 points) both scored in double figures for the Hawks against La Salle. The Hawks have had at least one player score in double figures in every game this season. Tinsley leads MU with five double-digit games this season. Monmouth is 4-2 on the season when at least two players score in double figures. 

TAKING THE CHARITY 
After starting slow from the foul line on Wednesday night (1-for-4) in the first quarter, the Hawks went 11-for14 the rest of the way and finished the game shooting 66.7% from the charity stripe.

Monmouth is now 2-2 on the year when it makes 10 or more free throws in a game. The Hawks made a season-high 16 free throws in the win over NJIT.

MISS ASSIST
Antonia Panayides matched her career-high with four assists in Wednesday night's game at La Salle. The Hawks have had at least one player with three or more assists in every game this season. 

Monmouth has five players with 10 or more assists on the season and is 3-2 on the year when a Hawk records five or more assists in a game. 

FROM BEHIND THE ARC
MU knocked down nine three-pointers in the win over St. Francis Brooklyn. Jen Louro knocked down four triples in that game while Antonia Panayides added a pair. 

Monmouth is 4-1 on the year when it drains eight or more three-pointers in a game. Bri Tinsley, Kaci Donovan and Louro have all connected on 10 or more three-pointers this season. 

NOT IN MY HOUSE 
MU has found success blocking the basketball throughout the first nine games of the season. The Hawks have 35 blocks and are averaging 3.89 blocks per game. That ranks third in the CAA this season. 

The Hawks are 4-2 this season when they record four or more blocks in a game. They had a season-high nine blocks in the win over NJIT. MU's efforts have been led by Belle Kranbuhl, who has 18 blocks so far this year. Her 2.0 blocks per game is tied for second in the CAA and ranks among the top 25 in the nation. Kranbuhl is one of seven Hawks to record at least one block this season.

SCOUTING THE DARTMOUTH
Dartmouth sits at 1-7 on the year and is coming off a 73-45 loss to Albany on Tuesday. Grace Niekelski led the Big Green with 13 points in that contest. Victoria Page is averaging a team-best 9.5 points per game entering play this weekend.

Monmouth is off until Wednesday, Dec. 21 when it travels to BYU for a 3 p.m. game.
