WILLIAMSBURG, VA – The Monmouth University men's soccer team played to a 2-1 loss versus William & Mary Saturday evening in a CAA matchup in Williamsburg, V.A.
The Hawks struck first in the 30

Ben Zakowski. His seventh of the season gave the Hawks a 1-0 lead, which held through halftime. Freshman forward
Kristian Loenvig tallied his first career assist on the goal.
The Tribe would find the back of the net twice in the second half to snatch a 2-1 victory, with goals coming in the 53
rd and 88
th minutes.
Zakowski put three shots on target, while Tomas Griffin,
Jonas Lyshoj and Loenvig each had one for the Hawks.
Eryk Dymora made four saves on six attempts during the match.
