WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – The Monmouth University women's tennis team claimed a 5-2 victory over Wagner on Friday afternoon at the MU Outdoor Tennis Complex.
Monmouth earned victories at No. 2, No. 3 and and No. 5 singles and took the doubles point with wins at all three spots.
Hana McKinney won in a tiebreak at No. 2,
Jordyn Pax cruised in straight sets and
Lauren Landstrom won a 6-3, 6-1 match at No. 5.
The Hawks claimed their third head-to-head victory of the fall semester.
