GOLF HAS FOUR NAMED AS WGCA ALL-AMERICAN SCHOLARS

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – Monmouth University Women's Golf had four honored by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) as All-American Scholars. Paige Diecidue, Cassidy Gavaghan, Liddie McCook and Isabel Vance were all listed for their outstanding work in the classroom, posting a grade point average this year over 3.50.

Overall, there were 1,432 golfers across the country who earned this prestigious honor across all divisions of collegiate golf. Diecidue is a sophomore and studying nursing, while Gavaghan received her undergraduate degree this past May in communication. Vance also completed her degree at Monmouth in business administration with a concentration in accounting, while McCook is studying business administration with a finance concentration.

Monmouth was one of just six MAAC schools represented, and one of only three MAAC member institutions to earn a spot on the list. In total, just 27 MAAC student-athletes were named All-American scholars.
