LAST TIME OUT
Holding the Hawks to 7-of-50 (14%) from the floor, Fairfield defeated Monmouth on Saturday, 51-21. In a defensive battle, the Stags held Monmouth to two points in the first half, including a scoreless second quarter. Three players scored in double-figures for the Stags, including junior Andrea Hernangomez who compiled 15 points and 14 rebounds. Freshman Belle Kranbuhl led the Hawks with six points, eight rebounds, and two blocks. Redshirt junior Jen Louro added five points and five rebounds in the loss. 
 
SCOUTING THE FAIRFIELD STAGS
Fairfield was selected second in the MAAC Preseason Poll, and currently sit in fourth with a 8-3 conference record. The Stags currently lead the NCAA with a three-point percentage of 41.2%. Junior Lou Lopez-Senechal was voted the MAAC Preseason Player of the Year and graduate student Katie Armstrong was selected to the Preseason First Team. Lopez-Senechal ranks second in the MAAC at 16.8 points per game.
