SCOUTING THE SAINT PETER'S PEACOCKS
Saint Peter's was tabbed to finish ninth in the MAAC Preseason Poll, and currently sit in fifth place with a 5-6 conference record. Redshirt senior Taiah Thornton was named to the Preseason All-MAAC Second Team prior to the season, and leads the team at 14.5 points per game. Redshirt senior guard Kendrea Williams is also averaging double-digits at 12.8 points per contest. Freshman forward Ajia James contributes 6.7 points and 7.2 rebounds per game. Freshman forward Sky Castro leads the team in rebounding average with 7.5. After starting 4-0, the Peacocks have lost six of their last seven MAAC matchups.
