Stella Clark is two rebounds shy of 500 for her career.
-Oregon State fell in back-to-back games to Michigan and Notre Dame in Daytona Beach, Fla., before claiming a bounce-back home win over Pacific on Dec. 1.
INSIDE THE SERIES
-Friday night's matchup between Monmouth and No. 23 Oregon State marks the first all-time meeting between the two sides.
NON-CONFERENCE WINS
Through the first seven games of the 2021-22 campaign, Monmouth has captured four non-conference victories. The four out-of-conference wins are the most in a season for the Hawks since claiming four during the 2018-19 season. Monmouth last won more than four games during the non-conference slate in the 2016-17 season when the Hawks finished with five victories.
THIRD QUARTER EFFICIENCY
Over the last three outings, Monmouth has either trailed or led by less than five points at the half. However, the Hawks have come out for the second half and gotten into a offensive groove in the third quarter. The Hawks are shooting 44 percent from the field and 48 percent from long range in the third frame over the last three contests.
A PASSING OFFENSE
The Hawks have been effectively sharing the ball through the first seven games of the season. Fifty-seven percent of Monmouth's made shots have been assisted on. It is a trend that was carried on throughout the course of the 2020-21 season as the Hawks assisted on over 50 percent of their made shots in 15 of 18 outings. Through six outings,
Stella Clark leads Monmouth with 24 assists.
