NOTES AND QUOTES
Â
"In game one, Lilly threw a nice game overall, and we were strong defensively. We put together a couple of clutch hits, and it was just a collective effort and team win. In game two, we were up against a really good North Florida team. Hey took advantage of every opportunity we gave them. We need to find a way to be more consistent in our inning-to-inning approach, and we look forward to getting back on the field tomorrow."–
Monmouth head coach Shannon Salsburg
