LAST TIME OUT
After the Hawks tied the game at 21, Marist went on a 29-4 run in the second and third
quarters to seal a win over Monmouth on Tuesday, 69-45. Included in the run was a 15-1
advantage to close the first half, giving the Red Foxes a 14-point halftime lead. Marist
shot 27-59 (46%) from the floor, and held the Hawks to just 17-66 (26%). Junior Sierra
Green led the Hawks with 17 points on four triples, going into double figures for the 12th
time this season.
 
SCOUTING THE SIENA SAINTS
The Saints were projected third in the MAAC Preseason Poll with Maddie Sims (Second
Team) and Aaliyah Jones (Third Team) receiving Preseason All-MAAC honors. Siena won
three of its first four conference matchups, but fell at Marist on Thursday night, 88-59.
Sims, a junior forward, leads the team this season with 13.3 points and 7.9 rebounds per
game. Junior guard Sabrina Piper is also averaging double figures and has started all 16
games thus far, scoring 11.1 points per contest.
 
ALL-TIME SERIES VS. SIENA
Siena holds a slight 10-9 all-time series advantage, including a 44-41 win last season in
New York.
