NOTES
"When we came back from our California trip, we talked a lot about the process. Everyone was trying to be a superhero, but we're a good team when we play like a team. Offensively, we're moving runners and hitting them in, and the pitchers are working really well with [catcher
Alex Holzman]. So far, I'm really pleased with what we're doing, but there are always areas to improve. We're going to continue to work, but we're trending up and I'm excited to see what happens this season." –
Monmouth head coach Shannon Salsburg
