Will Cooke Wharton, the Monmouth University men's tennis team was defeated by Saint John's on Sunday, 4-2. The teams just played singles, where Pipoli picked up the 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 1 and Cooke Wharton earned the 6-0, 6-2 win at No. 5. The Hawks fell to 4-12 on the season, and will face Buffalo on Saturday before beginning MAAC play against Niagara later that day.
