NOTES
"That was a great team win. Amanda threw well, and just had a little hiccup towards the end of the game. Her teammates picked her up. Overall, we were just finding ways to have quality at bats. While it took us a while to push runs across, we put a lot of pressure on them. The winning run was just an infield hit, and Tomasetti willed us to that win by showing some grit and diving into first." –
Monmouth head coach Shannon Salsburg
