Rhaiah Spooner-Knight led all scorers with 22 points, going 10-of-18 from the floor. The Hawks shot 49% (24-49) in the contest, and held Canisius to just 13.3% (2-15) from beyond the arc. Monmouth will face No. 1 seed Quinnipiac on Friday at 1:00 PM.

SCOUTING THE QUINNIPIAC BOBCATS
The No. 1 seeded Bobcats come into Friday's matchup on a 19-game winning streak, including an 18-0 MAAC record. Quinnipiac features seven players that average at least 6.6 points per game, led by First Team All-MAAC selection Jen Fay's 12.9. Fay also leads the team with 7.1 rebounds per contest. Fellow First Team All-MAAC selection Aryn McClure adds 12.3 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. Senior guard Carly Fabbri was named to the All-MAAC Third Team, and scored 21 points vs Monmouth last Sunday. Last season, Quinnipiac won the MAAC Tournament and advanced to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament.

Quinnipiac increased its series lead to 25-17 this year. On January 18, the Bobcats earned the 76-55 victory in West Long Branch. In the last game of the regular season (February 25), the Bobcats won 77-57.Â
