Rhaiah Spooner-Knight, who averages 11.1 points per game to go along with 4.9 rebounds per game. Sophomore
Kayla Shaw is not far behind with 10.9 points per game, and has made 56 three-pointers this season, which ranks third in the MAAC despite missing three games. Monmouth uses its deep bench, with nine different players averaging at least 13.4 minutes per game. Additionally, ten different players registered at least one game in double-figures during the 2017-18 campaign. The Hawks lead the MAAC in rebounds per game (40.0) and are second in blocks (4.4), but rank last in the conference with 21 turnovers per game. Monmouth looks to advance to its fifth-straight MAAC Quarterfinals.

SCOUTING THE CANISIUS GOLDEN GRIFFINS
No. 8 seed Canisius finished with a 10-19 (8-10 MAAC) record. The team is led by junior forward Sara Hinriksdottir, who was recently named to the All-MAAC Third Team. Hinriksdottir leads the team in both points per game (14.8) and rebounds per game (5.6). Senior guard Margaret Halfdanardottir adds 9.2 points per game, including 23 points against Monmouth on February 16. Freshman Danielle Sanderlin was named to the MAAC All-Rookie Team after contributing 5.2 points per contest and 3.5 rebounds.Â

ALL-TIME SERIES VS. CANISIUS
Canisius took the 6-5 all-time series lead with two wins over the Hawks this season. The Golden Griffins took both games during the regular season, with a 60-48 win in West Long Branch on January 20 and a 62-50 advantage in Buffalo on February 16.
