Rosa Graham drilled a three-pointer with 53 seconds left, and the Hawks trailed by just one at 66-65. Niagara's Victoria Rampado (27 points, 10 rebounds) went 2-of-4 from the line in the final seconds, and Monmouth's
Kayla Shaw attempted a three-pointer to tie it with time expiring that was just off the mark. Middleton added nine rebounds in her career game, and was 9-of-16 from the floor. Senior
Dana Carbone registered her best game of the season, scoring 11 points (4-6 FG) in 13 minutes. The Hawks dropped to 8-19 (6-10 MAAC) on the season, and hosts Fairfield on Friday night for the penultimate regular season contest.

SCOUTING THE FAIRFIELD STAGS
The Stags come into Friday's matchup on a two-game winning streak, having edged Siena 44-43 before earning the 62-40 win over Saint Peter's on Monday. Fairfield is currently situated in the 4th seed in the MAAC, with a chance to move up to 3 or drop to 7 over the last two games. The team is led by redshirt senior forward Samantha Cooper, who is 5th in the MAAC with 15.3 points per game and leads the MAAC in rebounding at 10.1 per game. Redshirt junior forward Khadidiatou Diouf is adding 9.7 points per contest and 5.8 rebounds.

Fairfield owns the 10-5 all-time series lead, including a 61-55 overtime win in Connecticut earlier this season.
Rosa Graham drilled a deep three with 0.7 seconds left to send the game to overtime, but the Stags eventually pulled out the six-point victory.
