LAST TIME OUT
After trailing by as many as 14 points in the third quarter, Monmouth stormed back to earn a late win over Navy on Wednesday, 68-67. Junior Sierra Green led the way with 26 points on 8-12 from beyond the arc, matching a program record for three-pointers in a single game. Freshman Lucy Thomas registered her second career double-double, adding 15 points, 10 rebounds, and the game-winning free throw with 12 seconds remaining. The Hawks outscored the Mids 44-31 in the second half, and went 9-12 from the floor in the final quarter.
 
SCOUTING THE LOYOLA GREYHOUNDS
The Greyhounds are winless in their first 10 games, including a loss to #7 Maryland last time out. Loyola was selected third in the Patriot League Preseason Poll, while reigning Defensive Player of the Year Stephanie Karcz was selected to the five-member Preseason All-League Team. So far this year, two players are averaging double-figures in Isabella Therien (11.4 PPG) and Bri Bentz-White (11.1 PPG). Karcz leads the team with 9.5 rebounds per contest and 40 steals.
