LAST TIME OUT
Fending off a Hawks second quarter run and pulling away in the third, Princeton defeated Monmouth on Tuesday night, 79-47. Monmouth brought the game to within five with 6:11 left in the second frame, but the Tigers outscored the Hawks 53-26 the rest of the way. Junior Emani Clough matched a season-high 19 points in the loss, draining three shots from beyond the arc. The Tigers went 15-16 from the free throw line during the contest, while the Hawks went just 1-3.
 
SCOUTING THE NAVY MIDSHIPMEN
Navy won a program-best 25 games last season and have competed in both the Patriot League Championship Game and WNIT contests in each of the past two seasons. The Mids were selected fourth in the Patriot League Preseason Poll after losing their top three scorers. Freshman guard Jennifer Coleman leads the team with 13.0 points per game and adds 6.8 rebounds. Sophomore guard Sophie Gatzounas is scoring 9.4 points per game and leads the team with 7.6 rebounds per game.
 
ALL-TIME SERIES VS. NAVY
The Midshipmen have a slight 2-1 lead in the all-time series, including a 73-49
advantage last season in Annapolis.
