SCOUTING THE GEORGE WASHINGTON COLONIALS
The Colonials improved to 4-7 on the season and snapped a four-game losing skid after a 61-44 win over American on Sunday. The team started the season 3-3, with wins over Towson, Georgetown, and Wisconsin. Losses on the season include Syracuse, #17 USF, and #14 Maryland. The team is led by senior forward Kelli Prange, who is averaging 14.1 points per game and 6.1 rebounds per game in seven contests. Senior guard Brianna Cummings is adding 12.9 points and 6.3 rebounds per game, and is the only player to start all 11 games on the season. Freshman forward Neila Luma is leading the team with 7.3 rebounds per contest, while also contributing 7.5 points per game.
