After beating Sacred Heart in the season-opener, 69-64, Monmouth fell to Lehigh on Tuesday, 75-57. The Hawks outscored the Mountain Hawks 18-12 in the third quarter to get it within seven, but Lehigh's strong fourth quarter sealed the game. Senior

Taylor Nason added five points and a team-high nine rebounds. The Hawks will look to get back on track this Thursday when they host Albany at 7:00 PM.
SCOUTING THE ALBANY GREAT DANES
Albany dropped its season-opener to #15 Maryland last Friday, 91-58. Last year, the Great Danes went 21-12 with a 12-4 record in the America East. The season culminated with a sixth-consecutive America East title and NCAA tournament berth. UAlbany returns nine from last year's team and adds a group of five freshmen and one transfer. Jessica Féquière leads the returning squad after leading the team in rebounding last year and ranking second in scoring. The team will contend with the loss of leading scorer Imani Tate and third leading scorer Bailey Hixson, who together combined for nearly 27 points per game.
ALL-TIME SERIES VS. ALBANY
Thursday will mark the first-ever meeting between Monmouth and Albany. The Hawks are 11-10 against current America East teams.
