The Hawks return to action Wednesday, when they travel to hOURglass rival Saint Peter's. Monmouth is coming off an exciting 63-60 victory against longtime conference rival and defending MAAC Champion Quinnipiac on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Peacocks have stumbled to an 0-3 record in league play following a 65-51 setback to league-leading Iona on Monday.    

SCOUTING THE SAINT PETER'S PEACOCKS
Sajanna Bethea leads the Peacocks at 11.1 points and 6.7 rebounds per game, while also shooting 85.4 percent from the free-throw line. Talah Hughes is close behind at 9.0 points and 4.4 rebounds per game, while Hala Mostafa has chipped in with 6.8 points, 5.2 rebounds and a team-leading 1.6 blocks per game. Marcia Senatus (5.9 ppg.) and Bridget Whitfield (5.0 ppg.) have also made scoring contributions.

ALL-TIME SERIES VS. SAINT PETER'S
Monmouth owns a 19-11 lead in the all-time series with Saint Peter's, including wins in eight of the last nine and each of the last three meetings. Last season, the Hawks swept the season series with a 67-52 win in Jersey City on Feb. 5, before defeating the Peacocks, 64-56, 10 days later on Feb. 15 in West Long Branch.

Jasmine McCall scored a career-high 20 points, including the game-tying and go-ahead free throws with 10.3 seconds remaining, as the Hawks pulled out a thrilling 63-60 victory over defending MAAC Champion Quinnipiac on Saturday. Tyese Purvis also added 16 points, including 3-of-6 shooting from long range, while Christina Mitchell grabbed 10 rebounds and made three steals. McKinzee Barker returned to the line-up following a two-game absence due to injury and contributed five points, four assists and four rebounds.
