Monmouth returns to non-conference action Tuesday, when it travels to intrastate foe Princeton. The Hawks got back into the win column Sunday, when they upended Niagara, 83-60. Meanwhile, the Tigers also won on Sunday, beating previously unbeaten Michigan, 74-57.

SCOUTING THE PRINCETON TIGERS
Michelle Miller leads four Princeton scorers averaging double figures at 16.1 points per game, while Annie Tarakchian has chipped in with 14.0 points and a team-leading 9.4 rebounds per game. Both Miller (18-43/.419) and Tarakchian (17-41/.415) have found success from beyond the arc. Alex Wheatley has added 10.9 points and 5.3 rebounds per game, while Amanda Berntsen rounds out the double-figures scorers with 10.4 points per game. She's also totaled a team-best 3.6 assists and 2.0 steals per game, while shooting 63.0 percent (29-46) from the floor.

ALL-TIME SERIES VS. PRINCETON
Princeton owns a 4-1 edge in the brief series with Monmouth. The Hawks and Tigers first squared off in the 2004-05 season, when Princeton took a 57-52 win in overtime. Monmouth's lone win was a 91-65 victory in Jan. 2, 2008. Last season, the Tigers cruised to an 84-53 win on Dec. 21 in West Long Branch.  
 
LAST TIME OUT
Jamiyah Bethune had 20 points and a career-high eight assists to lead the Hawks to an 83-60 win over Niagara, Sunday at the MAC. Sarah Olson added 16 points, including 5-of-11 shooting from long range, while Tyese Purvis also finished in double figures with 13 points. Jasmine Walker narrowly missed a double-double with eight points and 11 rebounds, while Christina Mitchell also came close to double figures in two categories with nine points and seven rebounds. McKinzee Barker filled the stat sheet with eight points, six steals, five assists, five rebounds and two blocked shots.
