WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J.- Monmouth University's women's tennis team could not spoil Mount
St. Mary's three-match winning streak on Sunday, as the Hawks fell 7-0 at home
to the Blackbirds.
MU fell to 7-9 on the season, while Mount improved to 15-4 with the win.
The Hawks did not claim a victory in singles or doubles play against the Mountaineers.
The Hawks return to the courts on April 13 when continue conference play taking
on St. Francis (NY) at the MU Tennis Courts at 3:30. There will be a ribbon
cutting ceremony for the opening of the brand new tennis courts prior to the
match.
