EMMITSBURG, Md. - The Monmouth University women's tennis team fell to Mount St. Mary's 7-0 on Saturday afternoon in Northeast Conference action. MU falls to 3-8 with the loss on the season.
The Hawks' lone victory came at flight one doubles when Sarah Ragan (Lanoka Harbor, N.J./Lacey Township) and Ashleigh Johnson (Turnersville, N.J./Pope Paul VI) defeated Mount's Jen Iosue and Whitney Edmonds 8-7(5).
Monmouth returns to action on Sunday, April 1 when they take on NEC foe Quinnipiac.
