Lee Pollard, the Director of Coaching for the PDA (Players Development Academy) Shore program in Toms River, has joined the Monmouth University Women's Soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach.

Pollard joined PDA, one of the top youth girls programs in the country, as the Director of Coaching in the Spring of 2014. At PDA, Pollard oversees the development of the newly formed PDA Shore program for the U9-U18 girls age groups based in Toms River, NJ.

Pollard joined the PDA with an extensive coaching resume including Director of Coaching for NY Red Bulls Regional Development School (RDS), Director of Coaching for Princeton Soccer Association, Region 1 ODP Coach, NSCAA Associate Staff Coach and Jersey United Soccer Club Head Coach. During his six years at Jersey United, Pollard helped build the girls side of the program working with the '95, '96 and '98 girls, helping place over 100 players into college programs across the US.

On the collegiate level, Pollard worked as an assistant coach at Felician College (2007-09) and more recently as an assistant coach at FDU-Florham (2010-2013) where in 2010 he helped guide the women's team to its best ever season, winning the Freedom conference and finishing with 15-7-2 record.

Pollard, who holds the following coaching Licenses: USSF A License, NSCAA Premier Diploma and USYS National Youth License, resides in Eatontown with his wife Maria.
