Erin Pomykala joined the Monmouth University Athletics Department as the Senior Associate AD for Business in January of 2025.
Pomykala previously served as Associate Athletics Director for Administration and Finance at Baruch College, where she served as a key leader since 2017. In that role, Pomykala oversaw the financial operations of the athletics department, including budget preparation, NCAA reporting, auditing, and compliance. She acted as a strategic liaison between athletics and other institutional divisions while providing operational oversight and supervision for the Athletics Recreation Complex.
Before Baruch, Pomykala held the role of Assistant Director of Physical Education and Senior Woman Administrator at Sarah Lawrence College. During her tenure from 2011 to 2017, she spearheaded revenue generation, facility contract negotiations, and coordinated travel logistics for 15 varsity teams. Her responsibilities included managing department payroll, financial records, and serving as a liaison across campus departments. Pomykala also supported student-athlete development and led game management for events.
Pomykala has served in the administration at Fontbonne University, the King’s School in Canterbury, England and Springfield College.
Pomykala holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University and a Masters in Athletic Administration from Springfield College. She has previously served on the NCAA Financial Aid Committee.
