Dani Dabroski joined the Monmouth softball coaching staff as a graduate assistant in September 2024.

Dabroski stays with the Hawks after spending one season as the starting left fielder where she batted .307 while recording 12 multi-hit outings and stole a team-high 24 bases. The New Jersey native paced Monmouth with 38 runs and 31 walks, both of which ranked inside the top five in the CAA. Dabroski joins the staff as she works towards finishing her MBA.
