2004 Outdoor: NEC Champion in 4x100 relay?Runner-up in the 100 hurdles (14.30)? Set a school record of 14.08 in the 100 hurdles while finishing 10th at the ECAC Championships.
2004 Indoor: Runner up in the 60 hurdles with a school-record and ECAC-qualifying time of 8.78 at the NEC Indoor Championships?Also finished fourth in the 60 (7.89).
2003 [Indoor]: Won the 55 meter low hurdles at the West Point Invitational? Won the 60 yard hurdles, and took third in the 60 yard dash at the Lafayette Invitational
2003 [Outdoor]: Member of the sprint medley squad that took third at the Monmouth Season Opener while posting the second fastest time in school history? Placed 6th in the 100 and 2nd in the 100 meter hurdles at the Lou Onesty Invitational? Won the 100 meter hurdles, and finished 2nd in the 100 and 8th in the 200 at the Lehigh Invitational? Member of the 4x100 relay team that recorded the 3rd fastest time in school history at the Penn Relays
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters in track for G.A.R. Memorial in Wilkes-Barre, PA...Winner of four straight district championships with the Grenadiers...Also earned three letters in volleyball.
